SMC - How do I register?

Students can easily register by filling out an online form which is automatically transferred to us.

Please register at  www.campusdoctor.co.uk/roehampton

It will take approximately 48 hours for your registration to be complete after submission of the form.

If you have any problems with the form, please call reception on 020 8392 3679.

(You do not have to live on campus to register, but some postcodes may not work on the form. If your postcode doesn't work, please call reception and we will advise you how to populate the form.)

IMPORTANT

It is not possible to be registered at two GP surgeries in the United Kingdom at the same time, therefore when you register with us you will not be able to visit your home GP without re-registering. If you have any concerns about this, please speak to reception.
