Autumn/ Winter 2020 Flu Clinic

If you are eligible, you will be receiving a letter or SMS from the Practice. We encourage all patients who have been invited to attend the walk in clinics where possible as we anticipate large demand for flu vaccination in the 2020/21 season.

If you have not received an invite and believe you should have please send an e-mail to waccg.putneymead@nhs.net , with the Subject :FAO Crystal. In the email please specify which of the criteria you fulfil and we will look into this and get back to you. For eligibility, please click here

FLU VACCINATION

50-64 Age Group

We are now making preparations to start our flu vaccination campaign for the 50-64 age group who are not otherwise at risk. If you are in this age group and would like us to order you a flu vaccine for the 2020/21 season, please contact waccg.putneymead@nhs.net FAO Crystal

Once the vaccinations are delivered to the surgery, you will be contacted to book an appointment if you have requested a vaccination.
