Children’s Vaccinations

Children who have missed out on the normal school age vaccinations below can book a nurse appointment to receive the vaccination in Practice:

These will only be given to the age groups specified in the table below:

VACCINATION	AGE
HPV doses 1 and 2 for boys and girls	12 and 13 (Year 8)
Td/IPV for boys and girls	13 to 14 (Year 9)
Men ACWY for boys and girls	13 to 14 (Year 9)
MMR	Anyone who has not had either dose
