Paydens should now be showing as normal on the Patient Access App
Patient Access – System Error – Nominated Pharmacy has changed – Paydens Pharmacy.Patient Access are currently investigating a system error which has resulted in the Paydens Pharmacy being replaced by The London Medical Laboratory under “Nominated Pharmacy” for patients who currently use the Patient Access App.
** No Action Required** Patient Access will roll back the error over the weekend – The correct pharmacy is still correctly registered on the Practice medical systems.
For impacted users, until the error is rolled back either visit the practice to submit a Repeat Prescription Request or do it via are new Patient Enquiry system Florey (accurx.com) "Submit a Non Urgent request" - "I have an Admin Query" - "Repeat Prescription"
Apologies, this is a Patient Access Issue - We are working with them to resolve asap.
