The NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) is a quick and anonymous way to give your views after receiving care or treatment across the NHS. It helps us gauge the level of service provided and find out if & where improvements are needed.

You can fill out the Putneymead FFT short survey (less than 30 secs) by clicking here.

Physician Associate - Chloe Brathwaite

At Putneymead we are very fortunate to have our very own Physicians' Associate, which is a new clinical role within the practice. A Physicians’ Associate is a healthcare professional who has clinical training.

Chloe graduated in 2014 from St George’s University of London. Her job is to support doctors in the diagnosis and management of patients. She is trained to perform clinical examinations, diagnose illnesses, analyse test results and help develop care management plans.

Chloe is able to diagnose and treat a wide variety of ailments she also has telephone appointments available each week.

We are fortunate that as well as having over 200 GP appointments a day we can also offer you Chloe’s Physician Associate appointments.

There are several ways to book an appointment with Chloe .

1) Directly via online booking

2) Over the phone asking a receptionist to book you in

3) A duty doctor may directly book you in with Chloe after you have had a telephone consultation, if they felt it was appropriate for you to see her.
